Professional Terms of Service

Article 1: Definitions

PToS: Professional Terms of Service
Professionals: any individual or legal entity entitled to validly commit the restaurant establishment on whose behalf they act.
Service: free and/or paid service reserved for Professionals.
Eat-Out: refers to the website available at www.eat-out.net and the company REVO MEDIA SARL that operates it.

Article 2: About Eat-Out and scope of the PToS

Eat-Out.net is operated by REVO MEDIA SARL, with share capital of €15,000, registered office at 47 rue Servan, 75011 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade Register under SIRET number 528 791 833.

These PToS govern the relationship between Eat-Out.net and Professionals wishing to verify existing information on the site and/or promote their establishment, free of charge or via a paid service.

2.1. Free service: allows Professionals to update the basic information of their restaurant (name, address, map, cuisine type, price range).

2.2. Paid service: allows the Professional to highlight promotional information about their establishment — additional photos, "chef's note" description, special events, special offers — for one year.

Article 3: Contract formation

The Professional must create an account and accept these PToS as well as the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy in order to use the Service.

Article 4: Professional obligations

The Professional undertakes to publish only accurate, legally compliant content that does not infringe the rights of third parties. They are solely and directly responsible for the content they publish.

Article 5: Eat-Out obligations

Eat-Out undertakes to implement all technical means necessary to ensure the availability of the Service. Maintenance operations will be limited to once per month, with a maximum duration of 4 hours.

Article 6: Intellectual property of content

The Professional grants Eat-Out the right to reproduce and adapt their content for distribution on the Internet and partner platforms, for as long as the restaurant listing remains on Eat-Out.

Article 7: Pricing, payment and invoicing

Prices are shown in Euros inclusive of VAT. Payment is made online by credit card or via PayPal. An electronic invoice is made available in the Professional's management area.

Article 8: Duration

The paid service is available for a period of one year from the date of payment authorisation. The free service is available without time limit, subject to changes in the offering.

Article 9: Personal data

Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Privacy Policy is available on this site.

Article 10: General provisions

These PToS are governed by French law. The Paris Commercial Court has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
