In fact a very good place for traditional French cusine, as well as for Toulouse specialties. As the name sugests it is placed downstairs in a kind of cave typical for the brick buildings of Tuolouse. This is especially nice on hot days.
Very friendly service and good quality. Not top quality but considering the moderate prices worth every cent.
this is also known by locals so reservation several days in advance is advised, esp. on weekends.
