We have been going to the Tubal restaurant for years. Of all the "fine dining" Basque restaurants between Bilbao, San Sebastian and Pamplona, Tubal has to be near the top of the list. The food is refined, extraordinarily prepared and presented and always impeccably served. We have never been disappointed sometimes traveling as much as 300kms to have lunch or dinner there.
