We have lived in Saintes for several years and have only just discovered this retaurant. We found it a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, fresh and well presented. The fish soup is to die for! There is a daily buffet at a modest 12 euros. We intend to visit "Cargo" regularly.
