My son and I went to this little bistro in late summer of 09 and again over Christmas and made it our base having booked into a small 3 star hotel over the road.
In the late summer we could sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere and watch the world go by on the busy boulivard. In the winter we sat inside where the welcome was as warm as the beautiful yet cheap food. The barstaff are pleasant and can not do enough.
The coffee is good as is the simple and delicious food, all very reasonably priced. A night of beer and food cost 25 euro.. good if you are on a budget..
thanks to this wonderfull bar our stay in Paris was both affordable and enjoyable.....Thanks .... We will be back....
