found this place by coincidence ( if there is such a thing lol )....!
A real Japanese Restaurant with only 20 seats !
as I enter I felt something different; don't mind the way Hideo the chef might look at you at first. His Food is a blessing and his exquisite delicate taste quite rare to find in Japan itself ( have been there all around a few time...)!
Working only fishes (cook or raw) his sushis , sashimis and maki are amazing ...not to talk about his fresh entrées, no meat
What a gift on my road :-) will go back each time I'll be passing by Paris ! From my heart this place is a MUST, it seems a good idea to reserve ...
