It's not all that easy to find a vegetarian restaurant in Paris - so considering that Aquarius is walking distance from our place near Montparnasse - this was a lucky break. It's not a short walk - the Pernety Metro stop is definitely closer on a rainy night, but the restaurant does a good job with presenting a variety of plates - Seitan for those of us who like to fool ourselves into thinking we're eating something that 'tastes like meat, kind of'. Good ambiance. The French site comments included 'bobo grunge' as a description of the ambiance. It's fun and kind of kitchy. Generally nice people.
