We had a most enjoyable lunch in August 2011La Poutre. It was a great experience, tasty food, friendly service and good value. Our fondue was the best we have ever tried! I don’t write reviews very often but the experience was so great I felt I had to share it with the rest of the world :)

I take a group of young people to this restaurant every June. It's lovely. The staff arre kind and attentive, the food magniifique! Try the boeuf bourginogne.

Our 1st visit was with a French friend. Our 2nd visit was alone, we only speak English, the La Poutre was great. The cheese fondue was a good experience, as a steak/filet lover the steak fondue was awesome. The wine was great both times as well.
Visit the La Poutre, the staff was excellent, the food was excellent, I would give them a full 5 stars.
We will be visiting the La Poutre on our next visit.

A very warm and friendly atmosphere. The cuisine excellent with home made chips! Will definitely be going back.
