The Vinea Cafe is located in the new quartier, Bercy-Village.

Not knowing where to eat, we choose randomly this restaurant.

It was horrendous : The pasta we have choosen were clearly microwaved! and the Tacos were tasteless. We were not the only one returning our commands to the kitchen.

Visibly, the place wants to be "trendy", but to my opinion, it is just cheap...

The chief was talking with the manager, visibly surprised to have to prepare some dessert that was on the menu for a long time.
The waiters were all apathics.

Maybe the atmosphere is different during the night, when people drink too much to really care about what they eat....

Morality : avoid!
