this place claims to be a 'European Bistro' but its definately not what the french would call a bistro. The ambience is more like a typical american café/coffee shop. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is efficient but not rushed. Of particular note are the breakfasts, a selection of omelettes or fresh fruit and yoghurt. In the summer, the windows open wide, so if you're lucky you can get a place in the open air
