We were just passing by and it looked nice so we decided to try it, and we were very happy we did. The food was fantastic, the prices very reasonable, and the atmosphere was excellent. Highly recommended.

Visited this so aclaimed lebanese restaurant late January 2010. I was initially impressed with the internal decor.
However that was as far as it went. The rest was quite appalling. Poor Customer service, long waiting time of nearly one hour. I was told it was actually my fault because I should have ordered a starter to keep myself busy!

The portions were not a true reflection of the menu. 3 skewers where actually half skewers. the food was cold and tasted heated as opposed to freshly grilled.
Finally they apply a cover charge which apparently is for your seat/cleaning the table! Never heard of such charge

Suggestions:
1) Friendly customer service
2) Improve portions to make it on par with expensive prices.
3) Apply charges in line with consumer act.

Overall a poor experience of lebanese cuisine!
