I have been to Thai Edge several times now and I have never been unsatisfied! The food is gorgeous there, along with the decor and the staff make the experience amazing! Last time I went I had Tom Yam Gaj - which is a very spicy chicken soup with chilli, mushrooms and lemongrass. A personal favourite of mine, never fails to warm me up ready for my main! Followed by deep fried marinated chicken in pandanus leaves. For my main I had Jungle curry, which is beef with chilli paste, green peppercorns, aubergines and bamboo shoots... with egg fried rice. The beef melted in my mouth and the sauce beautifully spiced. I cant wait to go to Thai Edge tonight!
