Amazing food and service second to none made sheba a great destination for our party. Price was reasonable at one of the best curry houses in Brick Lane. Worth a visit.

Sheba is a great little indian restaurant in Brick Lane. The menu was extensive catering for vegetarians and meat lovers. I opted for the special dish lamb shank and Garlic naan. Meat was nice and tender and bread was lovely. Overall the food took its time in coming, but worth the wait as the food was delicious.

Loved it, loved it, loved it!! The restaurant itself is very wholesome, the staff were very friendly and helpful with the menu. The price is really unbelievable for the quality of the food. I've never been so happy to be bloated! This is a great place even for those who do not love hot curries as the waiters will halp with recommendations and for example on our visit, the chef mixed and matched a couple of dishes to suit my fussy-eating friend! Brilliant little place, by far the best on Brick Lane that I have been to.

Went to Sheba on Tuesday night and it was packed to the rafters. The staff welcomed us and the owner himself came to the table as to take the order. The atmosphere was jolly and buzzing with the amount of people in the restaurant.
As I learned from the sheba website, the restaurant won a few curry awards and is going to be nominated for UK´s curry award 2009. Therefore I settled for one of the great great lamb shank curry and lovely salmon tikka a unique dish with lovely taste.
The staff have been wonderful to us they would take no time to come and take our order or give our food. When we finished eating, the owner himself came to the table in order to ask if we were satisfied or if we had any reason for complaining.
But we assured him to be more than satisfied. All of us left happy and we paid less then £8 per head. Worth the visit especially if you're in a large group!
Overall Sheba does a excellent curries and its worth a visit if you're looking for a value for money curry night out.
