I have been to a number of Chinese restaurants all over north Germany. The majority in fact are run by Vietnamese. While not bad in itself, it just means that the Vietnamese did not necessarily grow up cooking Chinese cuisine. The staff at Sichuan Gourmet all come from mainland China, and that is one of many reasons why this is the best Chinese restaurant I have found so far. The food is uniformly tasty (only once did my duck entree come out a little dry) and the staff are personable and efficient. The decoration is nice and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality. It is always a pleasure to eat there!
