I went to this restaurant today and I wish to strongly recoment NOT to visit it ever. The soup was oversalted, the paella was tasteless and more important, the prices are other that what they advertize, as they do not include the tax. I consider the last a big fraud, as the customer does not care how much the owner charges and what is for the state, but he DOES care about how much it goes out of his pocket and whan he sees a price, autamatically he considers that this is what he is going to pay. The sneaking restaurant-keeper, though, does not inform the customer about that in advance.

Do not go near this horrible restaurant. They had an advertisment outside with an offer for a sandwich and a drink for 2.65 euro. I sat than and had this and they then gave me a bill for 6.72!!!!! I told the waiter that he made a mistake as the sign clearly says 2.65 but he just ignored me. I then went to talk to the manager. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful and said the prices are different outside. I pointed to the sign and asked her to tell me where does it say this offer was for inside or out?? She couldnt of course so decided to get agressive instead. Horrible woman, horrible restaurant. DONT GO, BE WARNED

This restaurant is in a very nice location, has delicious food, reasonable prices, and some excellent waitstaff.

HOWEVER, the owner of the restaurant is sometimes there, and will wait tables.
He is absolutely rude, unpleasant and makes the dining experience unbearable.

I went on two occasions during my stay in barcelona. The first time, we had a delightful Russian woman as our waitress, and she was absolutely helpful in all regards. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her as my waitress.

The second time, the owner sat us and waited on us.
He yelled at and berated every employee while we dined, and even went to the kitchen to throw a hissy fit.

Also, after ordering desert, I motioned him over, so that I could change one desert from a crema to an ice cream, the owner literally rolled his eyes at me.

Horrible, horrible owner who should simply allow the waitstaff to do an excellent job..

I will never eat there again

The food was probably the worst restaurant food we have eaten, because it didn´t taste of anything. For starters we had two big breads with about a half centimetre layer of garlic sause - didn´t eat even a half of it. There wasn´t anything with prawns they served than citron half and the sea bass was embedded with garlic sause even they stated that it comes with garlic sause (one might assume that there is a little bit of that beside), it was as you had melted butter all over the fish. Thanks for the owner who gave us other sea bass meal without the garlic sause and did it for free, but we went straight to McDonalds after eating there. We suggest that you fire the chef or teach him how to take on critisism better and act on it! Decorations were quite good and coke was served with lemon, so credits for that.
