I had made a reservation the same night I was to go for my birthday. When we got there, the doors were closed with a sign that said, private party. I called them to see what the problem was. The same voice I had heard in the afternoon said my reservation was cancelled and that they had a private party. He did not apologize nor admit that there had been a mistake. I wish he had known it was my birthday as he had completely ruined it. He had taken my mobile number when I had first made the reservation, I wish he could have called if something had changed and apologized.
