This is again a must dine restaurant for me and my wife. We will be there some evening during the Week of Nov. 6, 2011. We have enjoyed this quaint neighborhood restaurant during our many trips to Paris. Food, wine, and service is par excellent. Walking distance from our hotel. Staff I am sure will recognize us from before. Counting days.

I lived in Paris in the late 70's just around the corner from L'etoile Vert on Ave. Wagram. I ate there several times a week and it was always a feast. Nearly 40 years later I returned to find it timeless, classic, unpretentious, and better than I remembered it. Here you can get a "home cooked" French meal that will make you feel like you are family.

My husband and I discovered this quaint little restuarant when we visited Paris in 1997. We fell in love with the staff and food so we went back two more times to eat there. The menu is varied and the prices very afforable. Each night they greeted us like we were locals. In 2008 we returned with our grown daughter and sure enough not only was it still there but the son was now operating the business. Food was fantastic and prices still affordable. We are heading back to Paris next month and our first dinner with be at L'etoile Verte. You really feel like you are in Paris when dining at L'etoile Verte. Can't wait.
