Cafe El Sur, was phenomenal! I am from the NY/NJ Tri-State. We are used to a fast paced environment and we want everything now. Now, that being said, we had to wait to be seated and to get served. The service is slow paced, but the food is remarkable. We had the appetizer that comes with the Empanada & Argentinian Chorizo and of course a Mojito to start. It was delicious! Yummy!!!...:) As an entree all three of us had the Churrasco, sides are homemade style fries and a salad. We ordered the house red wine to go with it. My experience as our last night dinner in Paris was excellent in Cafe El Sur. From a true east coaster, I can appreciate a slow paced environment. Especially, for such a delightful dinner experience. Once in a while, is good to just take your time and enjoy a wonderful dinner.Bottom line, when you enter this place be mentally prepared to wait and enjoy a marvelous dinner in Cafe Del Sur, Paris, France. Enjoy the company of your companions and get ready to eat some delicious authentic Argentinian cuisine with a calm and relaxed state of mind. Definitely, start with the Mojito right away it makes you happy. Love & Light to all, M.I.A ;) P.S. We went in the beginning of May. Spring time in Paris, Hermoso! The owner was very nice and even gives us some red wine on the house!

We waited for at least 20 minutes and they never got our order. They did get it for at least two tables with people that arrived after us. I felt ignored and that I could not keep waiting. We decided to just buy some yerba and leave. When I told the waitress, not a single word from her. When I told what happened to the owner at the cashier, instead of apologizing, he blamed me. That I was too much in a hurry, that this is not McDonalds's, do take it so personal, etc. That really upset me. I explained that it wasn't so much the wait but the fact that we were being ignored versus other tables that did get service even though they arrived after us. It was worse. I think they get so much customers that they don't care about providing a good service.
