They lost my coat: it was on the cloakroom and they handled it to another customer. It was this last 1st of January, they wanted me to go home like that! The security staff and the Manager were so rude that I wholeheartedly recommend you not to go to this place. As a matter of fact, they didn´t want to speak to me, either they asked to a MALE to talk to. Their customer service is such a rubbish that is everything but a service or a place to go for fun. I am still trying to get in touch with them and they even don´t answer my emails or phone calls. It is the worst service I have ever received.
