Located within The Westbury Hotel on Bond Street, Artisan showcases innovative cuisine in visually warm and quietly sensual surroundings. Roux Scholar Executive Chef Andrew Jones delivers a signature menu, focusing on the best possible ingredients and his unique style of cooking. On the plate, Andrew’s ingredients complement each other while maintaining their own identity. Visually, the first impression is that the dishes are highly complex, but on closer inspection the fabric of the dish is there to see and therefore understand. There is a transparency to Andrew’s work, which comes from his understandable confidence. Artisan at the Westbury hosts an elegant private dining room The Regency, adjacent to the restaurant.
