On May 12 I celebrated my birthday at the Oscar restaurant, with twenty of my best friends. I had discussed in advance with the owner, M. Pierre Bouillot,about the possibilities. In one word: excellent. The chef had out-done himself, the wines were perfect and the owner, M. Pierre, a real Parisian owner. Merci Pierre. Fred
