Hello, my name is Ashleigh Waddell; I am an S6 pupil at Eastwood High School. As part of my Hospitality Course here at Eastwood we have to do an investigation. Our investigation has to be done on a place within the catering industry so I choose to do Mount Shimla; I was wondering if you could send me some information about the place and also a menu. Information needed:-Time of day you are busiest The most popular food on the menu What time of year you are busy at. If you could send me any of that information it will be mostly appreciated. Thanks
