I live in Paris but can honestly say that Luc Salsedo's restaurant is every bit as good as some of the better 2 star restaurants here. Wonderful, imaginative cooking, beautifully presented and at a price that Parisiens could only dream of. Warm welcome, cosy atmosphere (the tables are a bit close to each other!). this is a small family run restaurant. Luc is the chef and his wife9speaking fluent enlish) runs front of house. it has a limited menu . there are 4 chices per course. the 4 choices are carefully balanced to give one meat , one fish , one vegetarian etc. The food is brilliant; typically french but with a light modern twist. The atmosphere is excellent and we had a very warm welcome and front of house eservice. we took a group of frineds and eveyone really enjoyed the choices. If we lived in Nice this would be a regular choice of ours.
